In a world obsessed with ‘getting my way’, kindness requires us to stop and think about others rather than about ourselves. The Apostle Paul suggests that expressing kindness is like putting on clothes. How do you dress for kindness? It’s something you choose to do each day. Each day you put on your pants, shirt, and maybe a jacket. It’s the same with kindness. It’s something you choose to put on each day. What are you going to wear today? Try on kindness.
Prayer for Today
Lord, teach me about Your kindness and may I be an expression of Your true kindness so others may see a reflection of You in me. Amen.
